You're not supposed to feel like this.
Fatigue that doesn't go away with sleep. Strength that's harder to build and easier to lose. Drive that's quieter than it used to be. Most men chalk it up to age and keep pushing through. Some get labs done and get told everything looks normal. Neither answer actually helps.
APEX is Code 1's medically supervised testosterone replacement therapy protocol. Built around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals. Not a cookie-cutter prescription. A physician-managed plan that fits inside the full picture of your health.
"Normal" is a range. It's not a goal.
The standard testosterone reference range is wide enough to drive a truck through. A man at the bottom of that range and a man at the top are having two completely different experiences in their body. But if both labs come back "within range," most physicians send both men home with the same answer: you're fine.
You're not fine. You're just not sick enough to get attention.
Here's what actually matters: where your testosterone is relative to how you feel, how you're performing, what your other hormones are doing, and what your goals are. That's a clinical conversation, not a checkbox. It requires a physician who knows your full picture and is willing to actually engage with it.
That's the conversation APEX starts with.
What the protocol actually looks like.
APEX isn't a standalone prescription service. It's a physician-managed protocol that lives inside your Code 1 membership, meaning the same doctor who manages your TRT also knows your cardiovascular health, your metabolic markers, your body composition, and your goals. Everything informs everything else.
- Comprehensive baseline labs including total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, hematocrit, PSA, and a full metabolic and lipid panel
- Symptom and history review covering energy, sleep, libido, recovery, mood, and physical performance
- Decision point: Is your T actually low, or is something else causing your symptoms? This is the critical checkpoint, and your input matters.
- Personalized protocol design based on your specific labs and clinical picture
- Ongoing monitoring and titration with regular follow-up labs and plan adjustments as your body responds
- Direct physician access throughout your journey — no waiting on a call center to adjust your dose
Is this for you?
- You're a man in your 30s, 40s, or 50s experiencing fatigue, low drive, declining strength, weight gain, brain fog, or mood changes
- You've had labs done and been told you're "normal" but nothing about how you feel is normal
- You've looked into TRT but don't want to get it from a low-overhead clinic that mails you a prescription without knowing anything about you
- You want a physician who manages your testosterone inside the context of your full health picture, not in isolation
- You're looking for a quick prescription without a real clinical relationship
- You're not willing to do the lab work and follow-up monitoring the protocol requires
- You're not a current Code 1 member or willing to become one
There's no shortage of places to get testosterone. This isn't that.
The low-overhead TRT clinic model exists because testosterone is in demand and the prescription isn't complicated. What those clinics don't offer is a physician who knows what your cardiovascular risk looks like, what your metabolic health is doing, how your body composition is responding, and how all of it connects. They're managing one number. We're managing a person.
"A doctor who knows you like a brother and coaches you like a Marine."
What patients say about the work.
I'm stronger at 47 than I was at 22.
I've hit new records where doctors told me you'll never lift weights again.
He and his staff have truly transformed my life. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to listen to whatever you have to say, tell you every detail of what's going on with your body, and how to take the right path.
Questions worth asking before you start.
Is TRT safe?
When it's managed properly by a physician who is monitoring your labs, adjusting your protocol based on how you're responding, and watching for contraindications, yes. The risks associated with TRT are largely the risks of unmonitored TRT. That's exactly why APEX lives inside a full medical relationship and not a prescription delivery service.
Will I need to be on TRT forever?
Some men stay on TRT long-term because it genuinely improves their quality of life and their health markers. Others use it as a bridge while addressing the underlying drivers of low testosterone through lifestyle, sleep, stress, and metabolic health. What your long-term picture looks like gets determined over time, with real data, not decided upfront.
Does TRT affect fertility?
It can. Exogenous testosterone can suppress natural testosterone production and sperm count. If fertility is a consideration for you, that's a conversation to have before starting. It's one of the reasons this protocol starts with a real clinical intake, not a questionnaire.
How long does it take to feel a difference?
Because hormones take several weeks to make changes in your body, most men begin feeling the effects within three to four weeks of starting the protocol.
Is APEX included in my membership?
APEX is included within the Code 1 Standard Membership where clinically appropriate. The membership covers physician management of the protocol.
What if I'm already on TRT from another provider?
That's a common situation and absolutely something we can work with. We'd start with a full labs review and clinical intake to understand where you are and whether your current protocol is optimized for you.
Ready to find out where you actually stand?
The first step is a conversation. No commitment, no pressure. Just an honest look at where you are and what a real plan might look like.
APEX is available to Code 1 members where clinically appropriate. Membership starts at $249/month with a one-time $1,999 enrollment fee.
